This was my second time spending a night at this Westin just before an early LAX departure. The front desk staff is personable and professional. The shuttle was convenienient as well, and the rooms had the lovely Heavenly Bed and Shower. Hotel bus collected us in the early hours of the morning from LAX. Short hop to the hotel. Easy check in very efficient front desk staff. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Rooms are quite. Check out folio emailed to me as i grabed a starbucks coffee awaiting the shuttle back to the airport. My SPG hotel of choice.

For such a high end place, I'm still at awe how this property still charges for the smallest amenities and yet gives you a "rebate" for reusing your towels. Very clean hotel, friendly staff and actually quiet rooms for being by the airport. Little noisy by the pool, but didn't spend much time there. Great location for all the sites and beaches and I felt pretty safe as a single female.

I found the location of the hotel to be the 2nd best factor at this hotel. The room was just so, so and nothing to write home about. It was a little old smelling and needs some what of an update. The 1st best thing about the hotel was the shower gel...yummy.
