Like other comments say, this is not the best Westin. The windows need better noise isolation, bathroom is dated, and wi-fi internet connection is slow for what you pay. Rooms are spacious but threadbare and worn. Ugly colors. Just because its an airport hotel doesn't mean it has to be so yecchy. There was a biker convention staying at our hotel. So it was noisy. LAX hotels are generally shabby but this one is supposed to be a Westin. more

Location is everything and that is what the Westin LAX Hotel offers. Rooms and staff's attitude need a makeover, unfortunately. The hotel served my purpose but I would not go back more

$12.95 for very slow internet. Rooms dated. TV an old relic. Beware of making toll free 1800 numbers. They hit you $2. Food horrendously overpriced. Give this hotel a BIG miss more
