Stopped for 1 night only unfortunately our schedule would not allow any more.Really impressed with the building and the high standard of the rooms. Yes we paid for parking but the vehicle was safe and only minutes away. Laundry facility was excellent. Manager really helpful. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Lovely view from rooftop area.

Rooms spacious and clean and modern, great location no hidden charges but room cleaning was an extra which we didn't need as cleaned ourselves. Would return here again Be careful at night as there are a lot of homeless but they didn't bother us and we had no problems. Restaurants near are cafe style and 5 mins drive to Santa... More

Suite was very nice, spacious and clean. Right on the first floor ~ walk right out to the boardwalk and beach!! Gorgeous views, lots of shops and street vendors, lots of good food at street cafes and a very diverse group of people. It was a great experience!! Any age would enjoy it!!!!

Nice updating but still old building, was chilly and heat didn't work, they charge $10 a day to park half a mile away and charged me more than the agreed upon booking price overall. No breakfast. There are lots of homeless people around and lots of noise outside which I did expect, but didn't know I'd have to park so... More

Do yourself a favor a book a room here. I would try to get an ocean view room, thats what i did. Very spacious studios, very comfortable bed, and very clean. Go up to the roof top and eat breakfast or dinner. Dont for get to pay for the parking pass, as there is now parking close to the building.

Venice has changed. I lived down the street from Venice Suites 20 years ago, across from the Morrison. Even though Venice has cleaned up over the last 2 decades, there is still a great bohemian attitude, art, and that amazing ocean view and breeze. However, being middle aged now, I didn't want to stay like a 20-something anymore. This was... More

I stayed for 2 nights after business meetings in LA and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is direct at the beach and just few minutes from some nice shopping and dining options in main street or abbot kinney blv.. The room was really spacious, clean and with kitchenet. The roof terrace had a stunning view and the Ocean... More

So glad we booked to stay here! It was actually our honeymoon and it was walking distance to everything! The guys were so helpful and the rooms were clean, exactly how you see in the photos! Worth visiting the top floor and watching the sunset

Upon arrival instantly loved the place. Just out of the craze of main Venice (towards Santa Monica), close enough walk to everything you need whilst being safe. Rooms were big, bright and comfortable with everything you need including a kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Staying in Venice

Neighborhood Profile
Venice
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
