Hotel is O.K. The rooms are not the best but good value for money. Not sure about mold that everyone talks about. Never saw any mold and I've stayed several times. Decent location. Ask about USMM discount. Free wifi. more

Wanted a place with outdoor spa. the manager told be to check out the spa a told me the location, which I did. He sent me back again to turn it on, the jets worked. The manager then gave us a room right next to the spa which had a sign that it was open to 11PM. My brother went... more

Walking distance to "everything", Pine St tourist area restaurants, Aquarium, Conv center, Ocean Dr, etc. The FREE LB city shuttle right across the st. Front desk staff and maids super nice. Appreciated the free internet wireless from my room. VONS across the street, OLD and dirty looking, bums hanging out in parking lot which has a guard. It's handy for... more

We found the motel to be clean, but not upscale. About like a Motel 6; but I thought it was friendlier and therefore more comfortable. We were there for the AKC Eukanuba Dog Show and the dogs were welcomed. The staff and management were very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. I felt quite safe in... more

DIRTY ROOMS- Their walk-in rate was lower than their on-line rate. Save $30 and DON'T BOOK ON-LINE. Save your self respect and stay somewhere else. The County sends their homeless here with reoom vouchers. Even the homeless deserve better. more

Stayed here three nights, hotel is aging, but a good choice for the price. includes juice and muffin cont breakfast. Downtown Long Beach has deteriorated over the years, but had no problems and felt safe enough. Lot of great restaurants within walking distance. Staff was helpful, would stay here again on return visit. more

Here, you get what you pay for! Includes a pool and the Inn at Longbeach looks worse from the outside, but the rooms appear clean. The place could use serious updating and good cleaning. Room averages $55 a night in fall. And for bloody christ sake, PROVIDE SOME DECENT PILLOWS! The so-called continental breakfast Breakfasts, like most hotels offer, always... more

We were there for two days last week; for the price and location, it was a good choice. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was courteous, we got a room with double beds, it had the basic amenities you would expect from a budget hotel. Kids loved the balcony overlooking the pool, which was great, it had inflatables they had... more

The Inn of Long Beach is an OK Inn. Much like previous writers I won't disagree. An aging property which shows its age. However, for a good central LA location,-to sread out from, decent rates, nice outdoor pool, clean room it will do fine. When we were there it was doing good business and nearly full. What I found to... more

The rooms are cheap, basic, but clean. The "enhanced" continental breakfast, however, is a total joke. It consisted of a tub of corn flakes, juice, some cheap and tasteless Danish, and a jug of milk sitting in a bucket of ice. Maybe they consider it "enhanced" because they try to keep the milk cold? more
