We stayed one night at the Super 8 Motel Long Beach on a stop over from the airport to the Cruise Ship Terminal. The rooms were very quiet, nice and large and the pool area is very pleasant. The location was good, the room was large and the staff was extremely helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent. My only objection would be that the room smelled overpoweringly of some kind of air freshener or sanitizer. I turned on the fan (which helped) but yikes! It was still pretty strong!
