The confort of the room is OK. We had a deluxe king sixe bed room. Spacious enough for 2 nights. Not too noisy even if you are on a boat. Good service. Was so "English old fashion" style that it was a nice week-end disconnection and we felt like having a 3/4 days vacation. The view from the deck on... More

We stayed one night on the Queen Mary. The rooms were awesome and you really got a feel of what it would have been like back in the day. It was a suite so my daughter had her own room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean. Walls were a little thin but the views were great.... More

The Queen Mary was an awesome Hotel on the water. It's decor is from the Era that the Queen Mary cruised the open seas! I will say if you are looking for the modern hotel this is not it. Nothing wrong with it however, you should know this will not be the Westin. I found this to be a great... More

We really enjoyed the stay and had a very large room with a king bed and sitting area. We had portholes for windows that do not open. The only down side is we had an a-joining room that was locked between the rooms and we could hear every word from that room. Fortunately the people were not loud, but woke... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending Labor Day Weekend on The Queen Mary. What a wonderful piece of history. She made her maiden voyage in 1936, was "drafted" into service during WWII and was purchased by the City of Long Beach in 1971. She is a beautiful stately ship with much of the glamour and beauty still... More

Average stay in a king cabin. The room was in keeping with the 1930's and was comfortable. The ship itself was interesting and the food in the Promenade Cafe was good. Be sure to check your credit card when you return home. We were charged over $200.00 more on our card, even though we had pre-paid our bill in entirety,including... More

My wife and I enjoyed our night there. I wish we would have had more time to tour the ship. It was a very unique and fun experience. The stateroom we had was very nicely wood paneled. The room walls are very thin. We asked for a haunted room but one was not available. There were more children and families... More

We had the opportunity to stay aboard the Queen Mary my only regret was that it was for one night. We came aboard in the afternoon we settled into our room an awesome room well done with original woodworking and pieces from the era, we went to Chelsea's Chowder House where we had appy's chowder and drinks, the bartender was... I stayed on the amazingly elegant Queen Mary for a week in 1984. It was glorious. I wore a designer Halston dress to a cocktail party on the forward deck; it was just like being in the Titanic movie. I visited the Queen Mary again last year while traveling to the Bellydancer of the Universe Competition in Long Beach. I... More
