Well equipped hotel, but not overly clean, which I would have expected from such a hotel. Additionally, the hotel seemed to be relatively old. Service was average, location for our purposes perfect. more

Location: Great location--about 1/2 mile walking distance from the convention center. Not a bad area; fairly safe walking back and forth, even at night. Occasionally used the Passport bus (90 cents one way) to get to the convention center and other stores/restaurants on Pine St, which was nice. Stayed at the Hilton for a one-night stay, business trip. Check in was a drag. Took 20 minutes to check-in. Only one attendent checking guests in despite the line. Staff was friendly and helpful and room service food was much better than standard, boarding on 4 star cuisine. Would stay again despite check-in issues which hopefully they will resolve. more
