This Hilton property is located near the boat docks in Long Beach Ca. It is OK but not really up to Hilton standards. One big issue is that it has no restaurant. To get lunch or dinner you have to go next door to a small not too classy place in the courtyard of the mall. Breakfast is limited to... more

Found this hotel by booking on hotwire as it was considered a 3.5 star hotel. Got a really great rate for $88 a night. Rooms were very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. After staying one night with such a great rate, I wished I had stayed another night. Never tried the pool, but you could tell it... more

Stayed one night and were upgraded to the "executive floor" which really seemed to be nothing special other than it was on the 15th floor with a great view of the bay. The room was average for a hotel room, clean and functional but nothing that stood out. We did have room service which was prompt and friendly. The check... more

I stayed at the Hilton for two nights. The room was nice -- a free bottle of water, comfortable bed, HBO, very clean. There were HVAC issues, though -- the hotel overall was very hot for much of my stay, and I had a hard time getting the room cooled off to a comfortable temperature. I had no problem with... more

A bland business hotel, expensive given the facilities provided. Staff not very helpful but rooms are Ok albeit rather drab looking. Typical business hotel, no specific problems, but a very average experience at a high cost. more

Stayed one night for business. The superbly clean and quiet room must have been remodeled recently, as the decor was modern, yet tasteful and welcoming. Bathroom was big, with plenty of counter space. The restaurant had a superb & filling American-style breakfast at a very good price for a hotel dining establishment - very tasty too. But the best thing... more

My booking: I booked a Hilton Honors points discounted stay, so it was a good value for my points. For the LA area, this was a good deal. GOOD: - Rooms looked recently rennovated and had nice local pictures and upscale furnishings. Very nice and comfortable. - All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. - Nice breakfast buffett with... more

Well equipped hotel, but not overly clean, which I would have expected from such a hotel. Additionally, the hotel seemed to be relatively old. Service was average, location for our purposes perfect. more

Location: Great location--about 1/2 mile walking distance from the convention center. Not a bad area; fairly safe walking back and forth, even at night. Occasionally used the Passport bus (90 cents one way) to get to the convention center and other stores/restaurants on Pine St, which was nice. Rooms: Got a great price on Expedia and the room was clean.... more

Stayed at the Hilton for a one-night stay, business trip. Check in was a drag. Took 20 minutes to check-in. Only one attendent checking guests in despite the line. Staff was friendly and helpful and room service food was much better than standard, boarding on 4 star cuisine. Would stay again despite check-in issues which hopefully they will resolve. more
