We were very pleased with the quality of our room, which was upgraded without asking to an "executive room". The room was excellent though perhaps it could have used a new mattress. The lobby area is under renovation which was a minor inconvenience. We did not dine there. The pool area is rather cramped and the pool bar was a... More

Stayed here for the weekend to go to a wedding. The rooms with a harbor view were stunning. Comfortable beds, well appointed, big showers, nice bathrooms, lighting was good . . .very nice overall. However the entire lobby area was under construction up to and including the 3rd floor. Beyond the noise of the jackhammers and all day construction the... More

We booked this hotel 6 months ago as part of a tour package and paid full price for our room. we were informed about 6 weeks ago about the renovation work and were told that it wouldn't impact on our stay. that is rubbish!!!! The room was good, high floor overlooking the harbour so great view. the bed was comfy,... More

Great location with lot's of restaurants around the the area and had fun walking around. Pool and hot tub were great as well. Got a great deal on the hotel room. Extremely clean. Didn't mind the construction. Parking was expensive though

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency with my children for three nights. It is close to the swimming beach and a great location to walk to restaurants and attractions. The pool and hot tub were very nice. It says they close at 11:00 pm, but we were there past 11 and didn't get kicked out. It's a great place to... More

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 4 nights in June for my daughter to compete at the US Jump Rope Nationals. Our discounted room rate for the event was approx. $230 / night. Check-in was great. The staff were very efficient and upgraded us to a harbor view room. The room was good but smaller than other typical hotels... More

I was at the Hyatt to attend a conference at the along Beach convention center. Conveniently located adjacent to the convention center, staying at the Hyatt was a no brainer. I didn't realize until I got there that the hotel was undergoing a renovation. It was never mentioned when I booked the hotel. Because of the renovation, parts of the... More

If you want to be near Long Beach Harbor and Shoreline Village this is a good place for you. It's near just about all the good restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Don't go this summer if you are bothered by renovation inconveniences because they are upgrading the hotel and will be done by October they said. There's no lobby right... More

I stayed here for a conference and it was hassle free. The location is great and it is walking distance from all the restaurants and bars by the pier. It is also next door to the conference center. The restaurant on site offered good food and good service. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. It is a nice... More
