We stayed at the Hyatt for two weeks during September and were very happy. Upon arrival, due to the ongoing construction in the lobby, we were given a couple of bottles of water, ice cream and free wifi. The construction never gave us any bother and I would not let it put you off booking a room here. As we... More

Very nice Hyatt, close to harbor walk area with restaurants and bars, easily walkable from the hotel, or the shuttle will drop you off. The hotel would be good for a stay before a cruise or a weekend in the area. Hotel lobby was under construction but it was not bothersome, at least not for my stay. Room areas were... More

It is a nice hotel, clean, spacious and well located. The bed are comfortable and the staff is very pleasant. You can find nice restaurants and bars at a walking distance. It is expensive and the parking and wifi are extras.

I am a weekend hotel monger. I book a hotel every weekend to be able to relax because I work 6.5 days a week. I called in person and requested a king size bed over looking the harbor to view the Queen Mary and such. When I arrived and also at the desk did say the same thing, I was... More

We spent 3 nights at the Hyatt Regency in Long Beach during our honeymoon. We were pre warned by Virgin Holidays that there was building work taking place at the hotel. The hotel lobby wasn't looking too pretty but we didn't hear a thing. When checking in we were given 2 bottles of water and told that Wifi was free... More

Stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of out holiday in Southern California. Despite work being carried out in the foyer we had a very peaceful & comfortable stay. Staff were very eager to help although at times were not too knowledgeable. It was very quiet around the area when we were there (late August) but a pleasant evening can... More
