The Hyatt Regency in Long Beach was a perfect place to stay when I was attending a conference at the convention center. the rooms were fine for business travel. The location is perfect. Walking distance to many great restaurants, Shoreline Village and the aquarium.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a conference at the convention center. It is right next to the convention center and a few yards to walk. The rooms were very nice and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Our view was of beach and the lagoon next to the hotel. There is a nice walking path around the lagoon... More

I have stayed here twice, once in 2001 and again in 2014. Great location; in the middle of downtown but closer to harbor area. Walking distance to nice restaurants at the pike, seaport area and downtown. Nice, large, conference style property with the expected amenities. We also paid for the free breakfast and refreshments, which was a nice benefit to... More

The hotel is located next to the convention center. Walking distance to several restaurants. The harbor view was excellent on the 10th floor. Room was very quite, comfortable and clean. Rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators. Restaurants within the hotel were expensive. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I had to stay at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach for a conference recently and it left a lot to be desired. The location is good next to the convention center and the downtown restaurants. Good walking distance to a lot of the area attractions. After working all day I wanted to come back and relax and review some materials,... More

A short stay but lifelong memory. I sent an email in order to confirm my reservation and they replied immediately. Shay in front desk is very friendly and kind. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. I had aquarium view...amazing. Next to the Long Beach Convention Center. Walking distance to the harbor and Restaurants. Wonderful stay, wonderful service.

This hotel is perfectly situated if you are attending a conference at the convention center in Long Beach. It is right next door and less than a 30 second "commute". I found my harbour view room to be well appointed. Although I was on a relatively low floor (the 5th), I didn't hear any noise from the pool. The earlier... More

The Lobby, the restaurant, (No bar), everything was white-walled and draped, covered, being painted, while guests scuttled through the first floor. Seriously, that kind of overhaul should require the hotel to CLOSE THE LOBBY FLOOR for a few days instead of having folks walk around in a maze just to reach the elevator.

I´m here on a business trip and my reservation was made by a collegue. For some reason he made a mistake with the reservation and it got cancelled. You can imagine the frustration I felt after traveling all day and not having a room to sleep. Well, the Hyatt personel came through, specially Amy at the front Desk. She went... More

First the good news. The room was large, bed comfortable, air conditioning good, and the view SPECTACULAR. We asked for a king bed room on a high floor with a view and it was certainly worth it. What an awesome view. Now the bad news. Upon arrival we were taken to a 2 double bed business class room. Bear in... More
