I got a great rate on this hotel for a conference. Walked into the room and wow - a spacious room with a sitting area, king-sized bed, work area and a great view of the harbour. I particularly liked the small night light that came on with a motion sensor. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel... More

From the moment we stepped of the shuttle bus the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. And it carried through from the door man and front desk through to the wait staff in the restaurants and bar and the cleaners. My only complaint was the sink in the bathroom -- set so high that it was hard for... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Long Beach prior to leaving for a cruise. The front desk was able to check in our group early, which gave us more time to relax and enjoy the port area. The bed was quite comfortable, and the breakfast buffet the next morning had a good variety of food that was well-prepared. The location is... More

Here for a conference--and loving it. My room, on the lobby floor, is espacios, bright, clean, and beautiful. The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants, next door to the convention center, and offers good food. Staff have been excellent. Wish that they provided shower gel as an amenity but seriously, everything else has been great. Love that basic... More

Room assignment (upgraded) was excellent -- high floor, ocean view, quiet end of corridor. The staff was always positive, and the food was fine. My complaints are structural: (1) it is a sealed building, so you cannot open a window, (2) it is "minimalist chic", without a comfortable chair or a reading light (even the desk lamp was dim), (3)... The room on the 14th floor had an excellent view of the harbor. Somewhat slow service at the takeout counter in the lobby. Staff did a good job coping with the requirements for conference rooms, posting of the schedule.

This is a nice hotel in a great location ,but it has no visual impact ,(it's like someone just moved in and has not yet added the personal touch ,little colour ,pictures etc). The rooms are small but adequate ,the staff very friendly and helpfull . It's an ok place, but has no impact .

My room was spacious and bright and with all new fixtures. I especially liked the night light that came on when you got out of bed in the middle of the night. I spent most of my time in the lobby visiting with my friends who also attended the conference. The hotel added more seating areas once it became obvious... More

From the website you will see the hotel is modern, clean and has a number of nearby amenities to satisfy anyone's interest in food, price, entertainment. What is missing is the incredible views from the hotel of the beach and port area.

we were there with our baby, entering to the room we asked not to bring the baby bed as the room was sooo tiny. it seems we got a single room for 2 1/2 people!! the view was very nice and the position of the hotel is perfect. Besides the size the room is very modern and neat!
