We stayed here for three nights to acclimatise ourselves to the time difference between the UK and US. What a great experience. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The area felt safe and offered some great eating and had a contemporary feel to it. The room was clean, spacious and airy. It was a great start... more

We stayed here as part of a conference and overall, it was a pretty good place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was fairly high but it is conveniently located to most places of interest in Long Beach. They do not offer a free breakfast (continental or any other.) They do have a restaurant with... more

Just got back from Long Beach for a weekend getaway and after some research about where NOT to stay (past 4th or 5th Street downtown) we finally decided on the Marriott even though it cost a little more than other hotels. (Our preferred hotel, The Best Western is just across the street but it was booked.) Great hotel, the check-in... more

Stayed here just for one night on a fly drive tour of the west coast of usa. We only spent a relatively short time in the hotel, literally just a place to sleep for the night but what time we had there we liked. The room was clean and comphy and we booked a Queen Mary view room - in... more

Great price. Recently redone rooms. Pool gets some good sun during most of the day. Quiet area at night. It was great to sleep with the sliding glass door open and enjoy the breeze off the ocean. The hotel is close to the aquarium by car but also has a lot to offer for those who like to walk. There... more

Great location. Spacious rooms and desk area. Close to convention center where my son attended the Anime Convention. Great for the rest of his family as it is close to all the attractions Long Beach has to offer. more

This was a decent enough place. My wife, two teenagers and I stayed here during the recent California History Day competition in Long Beach. The room was standard issue Courtyard. The bathroom was a little small for four of us, especially with two teenage daughters. The breakdfast was okay. If you go for the full buffet, be prepared to pay... more

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott at Long Beach for two nights before my cruise in December out of San Pedro. I chose this hotel for the great price (senior rate) and location to everything. This area is really the Financial District of Long Beach with office buildings and condos. It is very centrally located to stores, great restaurants and... more

We stayed at the The Courtyard for the Long Beach Grand Prix (April 8). It is 2 blocks from an entrance for the Grand Prix and about 4 blocks from downtown. It is an easy walk to downtown. They have self parking in a parking structure. It is closer to residentual areas, but is still in a good part of... more

We have just returned from a stay at the Courtyard by Marriot. Loved the spacious set-up with the 2 queen beds in a room. Paid $104 for the room with the AAA membership. The location was great, only minutes away from the action of the downtown area. Also highly recommend a bite at the Kabo Cafe located next to the... more
