I found the staff very responsive to some special requests, i.e., assistance with shipping and some small admin functions. The type stuff most hotels would shy away from. Rooms were large, very clean, with significant work area. This would be my hotel of choice in the area. more

Tripadvisor recommended so we made reservations for the afternoon and evening before our cruise out of Long Beach. The room was clean and staff was friendly BUT it is NOT in a good neighborhood!
