Went for a weekend eve to have some fun. Truly right smack in the heart of downtown long beach. Nice but small roof top pool. Great self parking for $7/nite, but ends at 1 pm the next day which then incurs ridiculous hourly rates. Check in staff great, but morning desk didn't seem to care. The ambiance seems to going... Staff was fantastic. Front desk day lady, Niesha, and night guy trevon, we're super fun and accommodating. The elevator was annoying as you had to use your door card every time, I can understand for security, but still annoying. The roof top pool was awesome, go up there at 10 pm as there will be no one up there, nice... More

My teen daughter and I stayed here on Saturday night a week ago prior to a Carnival Cruise the next day out of Long Beach. Since I was travelling without my husband and didn't know this area, paying more to ensure a safe, convenient location was important to me, which was why I chose this Hyatt. You cannot beat the... This was our first visit to Long Beach and the Hyatt Pike location. We checked in a little late but were given a upgraded view room because of my Platinum Gold Passport status. When we arrived on the 6th floor to our room we were delighted to see a personalized note from the staff and a chilled bottle of champagne... More

I was back in Long Beach for a combo trip of work and personal. I chose this hotel as it's in a great location and had not been to the property. I loved it! My room was perfect. The size, cleanliness and condition was more than I expected. I loved the rooftop pool and enjoyed it twice during my stay.

The hotel is being redone but not a problem for us. The rooms were nice and very clean. Hotel is right by the pier which is convenient. We loved it! They upgraded us to a bay view room which was nice. Parking is $24 self or valet.

I had done so much research online when I was looking around at where I was going to stay when we got to the states. When I came across Long Beach I thought may as well check it out then staying some where in the hustle and bustle! I was really happy with the reviews I was reading and did... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It feels almost like a boutique, European style hotel. We had the standard king room, which is a bit small, but the elegant, contemporary furnishings make up for the size. We had a great view of the Queen Mary in the Long Beach Harbor. We opted for the AAA rate, which included... More

Great hotel, good location (unless you are a beach person - that's a pretty long walk), mostly nice, helpful staff. However, ready their website VERY carefully before booking a room here if part of the main reason you are interested is the rooftop pool and bar. I booked this hotel for our 22 year anniversary because when my husband saw... More
