What in the world? The room is as small as humanly possible. There is NO way you can spend any time in your room-except to sleep. Its so small its just uncomfortable. Yes the employees are nice and the place is clean but literally the room is smaller than a room on a cruise ship. More

We picked the Varden for it's location, but a plus was the wonderful service and interesting history. The friendly environment created by the owners and staff made the continental breakfast and evening wine and snacks into comfortable social gatherings.
