We stayed a night at this Best Western motel on the journey from Las Vegas to San Francisco. On the route we took, Lone Pine is a good hour and a half from Death Valley NP. Our room was large and clean and had cable TV. Wireless broadband was also available free of charge. The motel is located a mile... more

SPent one night. ALl rooms are named after western TV stars. We choose a larger room with a sitting room. Huge new king bed. Nice couch. Newer flat screen tv. Quiet, clean and very confortable. Free cold breakfast. Free wifi. Easy parking. This is one of the motor hotels of old at its very best. more

Having driven through Death Valley from Las Vegas that day and arriving just after dusk we didn't get much of a chance to take in our surroundings before we crashed out. Having a fast and efficient check in and a functional / clean room were pretty much our only requirements after a long day on the road and the Frontier... more

After visiting Death Valley NP for a few days, wife and I stayed at this Best Western for a night before heading back to the LA area where we would fly home. We had the option of staying here OR starting en route back to LA. We chose to stay here, and it was a GREAT decision. We had a... more

We stayed for one night at this Best Western. The hotel rooms were pretty much basic but was comfortable. We weer assigned a room without much of a view even though we hope that we would wake up to a view of Mt. Whitney. The buffet breakfast (complimentary) was really wonderful and well stocked with may items to choose from.... more

Pd $63.90 AAA rate for 1 night on 1/1/09. Room was clean enough. Roomy bathroom with unusual layout, kinda funny (see photos). Very good water pressure. Pillow too high and bed too soft for me. Funny to have Sanyo 32" LCD TV in room?! Has fridge and coffee maker. Walls and doors need maintenance (drafty). Best feature: right across the... more

We stopped off here on our way to Death Valley and were surprised . From outside it does not look that great but the rooms are nice. Very clean, and spacious with a Cowboy theme running through it. Coffee machine, WiFi, TV with HBO (and some funny Hispanic channels), comfortable bed and decent shower. The breakfast was included and was... more

Our stay here was a pleasant one. The bed was comfy. Very spacious rooms. Clean. The refrigerator in our room was even quieter than other motels we've stayed out - slept well. There were quite a few dogs in our wing of the motel, but fortunately they didn't bark at night. The continental breakfast was on par with the new... more

We stayed 2 nights in this decent BW which has clean, spacious rooms, very adequate breakfast, a small garden with chairs and a nice pool but with only 3 or 4 sun loungers. Great views of the Sierra Nevada from pool/garden and a five minute drive from downtown which has a good choice of restaurants and a few shops. A... more

Stayed here for one night after long drive from The Wawona Hotel in Yosemite. Arrived pretty late but receptionist was very welcoming and had us checked in very quickly. Room was excellent, very clean and big enough for the two of us. Everything worked so no complaints at all. The motel had an overall theme related to the filming of... more
