It was a last moment reservation, and I can understand why there were vacancies at this joint while most other hotels were booked. To rate this hotel "TERRIBLE" would almost be a compliment. Nearly half of the rooms at this hotel were labelled "Condemned" for safety reasons. It wasn't safety only--it was a most horrible hole-in-wall joint I've ever seen.... More

We booked the room only for the night upon our arrival we opened the door to a hot and smelly room to which the ac unit was not working.the restroom sink had a bad odor coming from the drain.80% of the rooms are red tagged due to smoke alarms not working and other issues.over all bad experiance.

First off most of the rooms in the hotel were condemned by the city due to fire hazard. It only gets better. The clerk put us in a room about 10 feet from a major freeway that is 2 blocks from the hospital saying there were no rooms available with all of 10 people checked in. The bath tub was... More

I would've given it one star, but it says "Terrible" for the one star. While I wouldn't call it "terrible" (I stayed at some really, really grungy motels as a kid on "vacations"), it was definitely "poor". Let me qualify this rating: First, I'm SOOOOOO glad I pre-paid the reservation on a popular 'blind' booking site - because when I... More

WOW this place is a roach motel. Dirty dirty dirty. We stayed 1 night and it was too much. The bathroom was so bad that we went at a local restaurant instead and the shower has so much mold and gunk in it no way were we getting in. They were also doing construction which sucked and though we asked... More

I stayed here because it was cheaper than Santa Maria. The town is adorable (and very close to La Purisima Mission) and I would stay in the town again, but not at this motel. Room is straight out of the 1980s or before...bathroom was icky--bathtub had been refinished at some point and lots of that finish had flaked off. Bathtub... More

Room had musty odor, air conditioning was simply inadequate and the unit was caked with grime and dust. Couldn't sleep well because room was just too hot to get comfortable. Thankfully we were only staying for the night, we got out earlier than we'd planned.

The only payoff of this Inn is the price. You can stay here for less than 50$ a night. So far with the positive side. On the negative side you have: dirty linen, dirty floor, dirty shower... I am not talking about "a little bit worn down", I´m talking close it, for renovation! As if that isn´t enough, the staff... More

I needed a room on ground floor due to disability. I got the last one available. Hence, i didnt complain until check out, and the girl at the desk (Angel) agreed the room should never have been sold and another room blocked for me. I have been in the hotel industry for many years in New Orleans, Orlando, and Miami.... More
