We had high expectations for this place, but it turned out to be so so. We booked a 2 bed 2 bath cabin with a kitchen and had dogs with us. It turns out that there is no kitchen, it's barely a kitchenette (2 burner stove, no oven, no counter space, very few utensils). Don't plan on cooking here.... and... more
I have to admit, Scott and I were truly bummed to read your negative reviews both here and on Yelp - especially since we really did enjoy meeting the four of you, your baby, and your three dogs at happy hour. The new owners at Pacific Mist were so helpful, kind, and enjoyable. Their "happy hour" consists of various cheeses, crackers, fresh fruit, pate and salami, along with choices of locale beers and wines. A meal fit for a king. My husband and I stayed for five relaxing nights in the Serenity Cabin. There were some major selling points to staying here. It was just so pleasant and comfortable to be there. The charming rooms set in the trees overlooking the meadow made us feel relaxed and at ease.
