A great place to stop for the night by Tioga Pass entrance to Yosemite. There is a great market next door, a self service laundromat and a couple of places to eat. We stayed in one of the cabins behind the hotel, so no lake view, just birds singing. It's perfect for a night of non restaurant food as the... More

After spending the day in Yosemite I choose this motel to reboot. Amenities were nice. You receive an actual key to the room. I can't remember the last time I got a key. It was nice to sit outside the door and watch the sunset. I would definitely stay here again.

My son and I stayed in Cabin 14 the night before entering YNP through the Tioga Pass. The cabin was comfortable, clean and quiet. The front desk service was excellent and the Wi-Fi free. (I enjoyed waking up the next morning, traipsing out to the courtyard in the morning sun, and catching up on my e-mails before getting going on... More

We stayed at the Lake View Lodge recently on our way from Utah to Yosemite. The Mono Lake "tufas" were close and very fun to see. Yosemite was close, as well. The hotel was perfect. We stayed in a "cabin" (48T) which was actually a double wide trailer. It was nicely kept up, very clean and perfect for our large... More

On our girls' (Mother, daughter, 2 granddaughters) road trip from Reno to Magic Mountain and then through Yosemite, we stayed a night here. We made the reservation on-line with no idea what we would find. It was wonderful to find a clean, quaint room with gorgeous gardens at the end of the day. The room is HUGE! More than enough... My friend and I were traveling from Yosemite to Mono Lake, and she booked this hotel for us for 2 nights. I was very happy with it. It was very clean, and the gardens were so beautiful. The grounds were on 3 levels, and each one was a beautiful place to sit and relax and just enjoy the beauty. They... More

We had booked a one night stopover in Lee Vining en route to Yosemite and this was our third cabin on this trip. In all honesty we were pleasantly surprised by this little cabin. We were welcomed at reception in the main hotel and provided with appropriate information for our stay. We were directed to cabin number 9 which nestled... More

While the site is attractive, the facility is out of date and needs a maintenance refurbishing. The plumbing was extremely difficult to use. Shower had a hole in the ceiling. Very noisy ventilation fan. Room had a musty smell-- otherwise was clean. Very noisy: we could hear all footsteps from room above. WiFi is slow and there is limited television... More

This property looks much better in person! The grounds are very nice, well manicured, with lots of places to sit and lounge. They have a 2 story hotel section and also have several different secluded cabins behind the hotel. We stayed in a smaller cabin 15C, parking right in front with private covered porch and 2 chairs, with large trees... More

This motel has basic but clean rooms. It is located near the Tioga Pass entrance of Yosemite National Park. Prices are much lower compared to staying in the park. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Our room was at the first floor and when someone walked at the outside corridor, the floor shaked. This motel advertises with... More
