I have had excellent experiences with Comfort inns, but this one in Lathrop CA right off the I-5 Freeway takes the cake. Immaculate, quiet, the girl was setting up the breakfast room but came right out to check me in. I asked for a quiet room upstairs somewhere. She gave me the "suite" for $79.00. It was lovely. We have stayed here twice in the last 12 months as an overnight stop. Both times our rooms have been quite comfortable and clean. Rooms are quiet for sleeping. more
Seems to be used as a long-term residence hotel; rooms basic but showing wear. Furniture cheap and coming apart in spots; room fridge emitted high-pitch whine and wall heater largely ineffective. Hot water seemed in short supply. Breakfast included in the price was disgusting, hot "food" was cold. "Highspeed" internet was anything but. Not a lot of options in this... more
The rooms were big, and being so close to the freeway, I thought for sure that we wouldn't sleep very well. But, thankfully, I was wrong. You couldn't hear the freeway noise at all. The staff when we checked in wasn't so great, the daytime staff was okay. Overall, I would definitely stay in this hotel again. more
We had a very, very nice room, it was big and very clean. We were treated with the upmost respect. We would stay here again. more
