I took the plunge after reading the reviews, pleasantly surprised, kind of a throw back motel and we loved it. Very reasonable rates and the rooms and ammenities were very good. Beats staying at the chain motels in my opinion. more

I made a mistake on by entering the default date - It took my credit card # - I could not correct date once submitted - They charge me for no-show - I could not recover the funds by disputing. more

During the "Station Fire", closing in on Acton, CA, we were required to evacuate our campgrounds for a week. Because we are RVers, and having lost electricity, the motel hosts saved all our frozen foods or us. They were helpful with every request. Our rooms were nicer than places we have stayedin for twice the price. Service was great. Were... more

Stayed at the Town House Motel with a youth soccer team for a major, week long tournament. The staff were awesome!! The owners went way above our expectations providing a pizza party for the team as well as all of us traveling with them, and on another day hosting a cake and ice cream party. They provided BBQ's for our... more

I have stayed at this motel in Feb. 2008, Feb 2009 and now May 2009. It's not the newest or fanciest place you might find, but I have never been disapointed. I have always found it to be reasonably priced and in fact, on this trip, I drove out of my way to stay here (going from Laughlin, NV to... more

Thank you Tripadvisor! We stopped here after a long day on the road. We actually were going to go further but I’d done some research on Tripadvisor the night before and the Town House just stood out. The Town House is an old fashioned motel. It has a courtyard surrounded on 3 sides by single story rows of units. The... more

Decided to stay here based on reviews. Reviews are on the mark. I expected basic lodging and I got basic lodging. Breakfast was kind of skimpy. Management were nice and helpful. more

Booked this hotel based on reviews here, and it was even better than I expected. Very well taken care of property. Nice pool surrounded by all of the rooms, but my 15-year-old daughter and I didn't feel comfortable that evening going for a swim because there were perhaps 10 clean-cut men there barbecuing and socializing; we just felt too self-conscious.... more

As the previous reviewer mentioned, this place looks dated from the outside, but inside, the rooms are updated and EXTREMELY clean. I mean, this is probably the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in! No smells, and spotless. A big surprise because with the 50's neon sign it looked a bit honky tonk from the street. The staff was friendly and... more

For the price, this is the place to stay. Unusually clean room, plus a friendly, generous front desk made everything smooth. It's not upscale, but it's perfect for a simple stay over. Comfortable, and hassle-free. I'd stay here again. more
