Stayed at the Springhill Suite because it was a bit closer to Edwards AFB than the hotels in Palmdale. The hotel is fairly new and is quite nice. When we arrived, the staff was quick and friendly. I got to my room and went to their workout room: 2 treadmills, 1 stationary bike, 1 cross trainer. They had TVs attached to each machine with complementary headsets. They also provided towels and a water cooler - excellent facility. The internet was free and very adequate (although I didn't try to watch any netflix streaming movies). The room was divided into a "sitting area" and a bedroom. The sitting area had a couch, a nice chair, and a desk & chair. A little refrigerator and a micowave were also there. The flat screen TV was set between the two rooms and swiveled so that it was viewable from both rooms. Bed was good. Bathroom was separated into a toilet/bath/shower room and an exterior sink area.
