Tiny cottage #38. Has a sofa-bed that is broken and did not find out until we were getting ready to go to bed. We found a blow up bed which tells me that they know of the problem but are not doing anything about it or even telling their guests. We had some food that we bought on our way... More

This hotel is well located and overall nice. But nothing special. The room, number 31, felt like the building was falling down. There is a jacuzzi tub but the water heater went cold before we could get the water over the spouts to turn them on. There were folded towels ready for use that had grease on them. The rooms... Pretty expensive for what it is. The room really needed a makeover. The bed was comfortable but the decor was old fashioned-depressing. The worst part was the pre frozen breakfast including coffee in styrofoam cups with Cremora--yuck! Won't stay here again

Arrived late in the evening so didn't get to appreciate the environment or surrounds. We had an upstairs room in an outbuilding which was very very cozy. It had a limited view, but that was pleasant enough. Although not a huge room it was adequate and the huge bed was most comfortable. The gas fired heater make room very pleasant... More

WE had a family wedding and this was recommended..the restaurant was wonderful and priced fairly..Our room was very dark. There was no overhead light and only 2 small lamps on the end tables..We stayed in the main building so maybe the other buildings were more modern. there was no shelving in the bathroom so nowhere to put your cosmetics, tooth... The room was terrific! The inn goes back to 1917 and is one of our best ever lodging spaces, and we travel extensively in the U.S. We were in "Moonglow" at the back of the property. It's two stories with the bedroom and a half-bath upstairs - luxurious living at a hotel. The various steps to get to the room... More

What a cute cabin. We stayed in # 36 The Cowboy Cabin. Very roomy and spacious. The heater is nice and quiet. Huge jacuzzi bath. Lots of Windows for natural light and they open too. The access to the cabins are not accessible for wheelchairs or people who have difficulty walking. There are a few stairs to the rooms but... More

We stayed here on Friday night to attend a wedding that was held here on Saturday. The outside area is very cute and lovely to walk around in. The location is great, directly across the street from Lake Arrowhead Village which is shopping and restaurants. The restaurant at this motel is good and service in general at this motel is... More

Great vacation spot. 2 hours and you're out of busy LA into the tranquility of lake arrowhead, trees, peace and quiet. Michael helped me with everything, from the exact cabin I needed to lots of super recommendations on what to see and do. I will go back!

WOW... The Outside is so cute , but the rooms leave MUCH to be desired.... I would have to call this Motel 6 on the Mountain... Our Cabins was more than $200.00 a night and the Carpets were musty and old ( wore slippers the whole time) The furniture was from the 1960's and all chipped (I have donated better... More
