We just spent two nights at this solid choice loaded with personality. Sunshine, the very professional and pleasant girl at the front desk started our visit off great by assigning us to a very nice King room on the first floor. The hotel is a bit old, and has wood floors, so you will hear noises above and around you.... More

I've been going to the roof top bar for years. Hence, I assumed that being such a fun place, why not stay here, right? WRONG! This hotel is very old. The rooms are smaller than my NYC (FIRST apartment) which means its super small. The sink is in the bedroom and its so small that the water gets everywhere. The... More

Fatimah, I am very sorry about your experience at our hotel and would love an opportunity to make it right. Yes, while we are a historic hotel, we also have a variety of room types available. The way that some of the rooms have been designed date back to the time that our charming hotel was a hostel and are... More

After researching hotels in Laguna online I booked a night at La Casa Del Camino accidently, I meant to book a night at Casa Laguna Inn... They are not similiar properties that's for sure! Figured we would try them out for the night... However after a strange check in where the phone kept ringing in the background we were given... More

This hotel is in a beautiful historic Spanish building, relatively close to the center of Laguna Beach. Each room is unique -- the room I stayed in was a gallery of art. The featured artists vary over time. There were 11 large scale paintings -- it was quite striking! The room was also very cool in that it had a... More

TravelingmomNYC, thank you so much for sharing about your time with us. We also appreciate you dining at K'ya, it is another hidden gem within our hotel. I cannot wait to return. Although I'm a native OC gal, I currently live in Seattle so the sunshine and the perfect 72 degrees were a slice of heaven for me during my short stay. La Casa del Camino made my trip even better than I anticipated. I booked last minute, got lucky to get the last room with a... More

We enjoyed our stay in the 1929 vintage hotel .. If your are looking for quent and casual its your place. The rooms are cozy as the hotel was built in the 20's. We stayed in one of the surf rooms. The view is really on the rooftop bar and restaurant which we really enjoyed ...

This was our second stay after 2 years. Met up with friends on the rooftop bar, then went downstairs to a festive, packed restaurant and had a great crazy dinner combination (Quail, mushrooms, scallops, octopus). It was fantastic. The hotel, if you book online, tends to go up and down by the day on expedia, so pays to watch if... More

Tiny room, my spouse had to climb across bed to get in,could not even walk on one side. There was an enormous portable A/C unit in the middle of the room,it was so tight I had to store my carry on sized suitcase in the shower! There isn't a coffeemaker in the room and no ice easily available. Our partial... More

We enjoyed our stay here, even though the noise level was a little loud. Unfortunately, we were just above the loading dock for the kitchen and could hear every delivery that came in. We requested a different room for our 2nd night, and the staff was very accommodating. Still a little loud! Rooftop was beautiful, Ky'a restaurant was very nice,... More
