I love this hotel. It has a very mountain lodge-y feel and look, yet also totally Californian. We stayed here in January, during a cold spell, and were lucky enough to make use of the fireplace in the room, while also sitting on the deck enjoying the stunning ocean view from the room. The golf course is world famous, but... more

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the 18th green of the South Course. The service was outstanding. Beautiful views. Romantic fireplace in room. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful lodge. more

The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The lodge itself is beautiful and quite homey. The food is outstanding and there is a nice variety as well as two restaurants from which to choose. The golf couse is amazing and the pool is wonderful. However, what makes the experience at Lodge at Torrey Pines special is the people. They are... more

We stayed for 3 nights at the Lodge at Torrey Pines, with 2 small children ages 3 and a 5 month old infant - the service was fantastic - there but not in your face, the room was very large (we didn't pony up for a view) with a balcony, the restaurant was great, and the facilities were top notch... more

We stayed for a few days of peace and quiet amidst a hectic California run around. The hotel has a lovely calm feel to it and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a great beach near the hotel (you have to drive there) but the hotel have staff and food there during the day so you feel... more

We stayed for 5 nights at the Lodge at Torrey Pines. The hotel was simple, elegant yet not too formal. The location is wonderful, a simple drive to La Jolla or Del Mar for dinners, a wonder park to hike in, beaches easily accessable and obviously goif, if your into that. I would recommend the Lodge to travels with or... more

My husband and I stayed at The Lodge at Torrey Pines during our 10-year anniversary trip. We were very impressed by the hotel. Check-in was easy, although we had booked the Taste of California package, and one of our nightly rates was wrong. But they immediatly fixed the problem. Our room was beautiful. We had the standard room with the... more

My husband and I stayed at The Lodge for one evening to celebrate my birthday and this is the third trip we've made in the last year. We had a Palisade King room with a magnificent view of the ocean. Room service was delicious and their spa the best I've ever been. We love it here and will be back... more
