After staying here many times, I would hope that the front desk would be more welcoming. The only response I got first was " I need to see your ID". I guess they don't appreciate their guests, although the hotel was more than half empty. more

What a great place. Great service, good food, great location, but . . . I dread parking here because the spaces are too narrow. I will only return here if my chosen hotel is booked. more

I only stayed one night, and since I was down visiting friends in La Jolla I didn't do much at the Sheraton but sleep and eat breakfast, so I will review that. As a Starwood Preferred Gold member I was offered an upgrade at check in. The first room I was given keys to was uninhabitable for this light sleeper.... more

This hotel is fantastic. I only stayed one night and really wished we'd stayed longer. Great location (not far from the zoo and seaworld), beautifully clean. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. Plenty of towels, fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, large bathroom.
