Spent our 12 year anniversary in July. Service is slow. Wedding party booked during our Saturday stay took precedence over the hotel guests as the entire Living Room restaurant area was off limits to paying hotel guests. I have had the same problem as others. I booked a full oceanfront room, and they tried to give me a partial oceanview ! The rooms are very small! There was no air conditioning in my room. This "5 Star Hotel, which for me, was worth no more than 3 stars.All in all, extremely disappointing. more
