My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Requa Inn, and really enjoyed it. The inn is beautifully decorated and very charming. The location grants a superb view of the Klamath River. There were several rocking chairs on the front porch, and we enjoyed sitting there watching fish jump out of the water in search of insects. The Inn... More

We stopped at the Requa for 2 nights and found the hotel generally deliteful. We found the food some of the best we have eaten in Northern CA. The rooms are fairly clean and quite unusual. I would go there if I were looking for an interesting hotel in a beautiful location. The owners are very helpful. The only slight... More

The location is great. The rooms are decorated well, but in our room some things, such as the blinds were broken and did not close--therefore it was very bright in the early morning and hard to sleep. Like it has been consistently mentioned, breakfast is good, but the menu change is minimal--if you stay for multiple days and this bothers... More

Delightful Inn! The Inn is charming from top to bottom. Unfortunately we did not get a room with a view of the river, but we were still happy with our accommodations. The bed was very comfortable and the overall room was very nice. The Inn had cookies waiting for us when we arrived, chocolate chip, of course. We would go... More

The Requa Inn is on the banks of the Klamath River about a mile from the Pacific Ocean. The hills are covered with redwood trees. The gently flowing river is apparently the lifeline of an indian reservation that owns one mile of land from the riverbanks on both sides for 40 some miles. It’s an old stage coach kind of... More

As a historic inn, it has its quirks and creaks, but that's part of its charm. The location is very pretty at the mouth of the Klamath River. Because of the lack of nearby alternatives, we ate two dinners at the inn. We ordered pescatarian meals and were very disappointed with the first night's dinner, which primarily consisted of some... The Good: - The view out the front porch is amazing and relaxing to see the river bend and the green banks on the other side. - It's nice to chat with other fellow travelers in the common areas. Helpful they print guest names and where they're from on a list at the front desk. - The breakfast is darn... More

Part of our family vacation was a visit to the Redwood National Park. I found out that the Redwood National Park was comprised of multiple state parks and the national park. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfasts were great and very filling. Didn't really feel like having lunch because of the amount of breakfast we had. They also... More

Jan and her family provide a very special place and serve. The Requa Inn is an old place and hence it has all the character associated with such places. The rooms are compact and pleasant. The service and the food are both outstanding. Son Tom is the chef and does a magnificent job of producing delicate, tasty and beautifully presented... More

We have stayed here several times with a change of innkeepers/owners. It is still the same quality, better coffee, breakfast is still excellent. Although they were out of yogurt for two days as we stayed for two nights (no yogurt for breakfast) the apple wood smoked bacon was excellent and thick slabs of bacon with great flavor! the homemade whole...
