We passed this inn on a driving trip to Palm Springs and made a point of staying a night on the way back, and enjoyed it very much. We had a large, bright room with a spectacular view of the river, at the front, but the smaller rooms at the back looked very nice too. The only concern that we... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in December right after Christmas on our way from San Francisco to Portland. We wanted to stop in between to hike in the Redwoods. The innkeepers here are wonderful and very responsive. The inn itself was very clean, our room was very spacious and had enough chairs/etc. for us and all... More

I wanted to stay in the POST OFFICE room after reading reviews about "the babbling brook", spectacular views, etc. Plus it was a stone's throw from Redwood Nat'l Park. We'd reserved for the following night but found ourselves nearby a night earlier. Jan nicely accommodated us for the earlier night. As we called from the road, she alerted us where... More

We stayed here on a recent trip up through the Avenue of the Giants and it was absolutely wonderful. Tucked about a mile off the main highway, you wouldn't even know it was there unless you'd done your research in advance. The rooms are on the small side and the walls are thin, which is to be expected from an... More

In the past when the entire family was running this Inn everything was good. Now that the son-in law and daughter have moved everything has changed. I have received info that rooms are not cleaned 100% due to in adequate cleaning supplies. But what really has me annoyed is their food, though delicious, is over priced. a group of 4... More

We are very sadden that you feel as though our quality has slipped. Our amazing daughter and son-in-law are off to New Zealand for a years sabbatical - and running the Inn has been a great adventure this year! You did note that the dinner was delicious, we have changed the format of the dining to a pre fixe meal... More

Everything about this inn was special and charming. A truly unique experience in a restored historic building. The staff was as unique and wonderful as the inn! The river view from our window in the Cathedral Trees room was breathtaking with the sun dancing on the water. The inn has thin walls due to when it was built but we... More

My husband and I recently spent 3 nites at the inn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was not river view, but very affordable and comfy. The main living area is charming and complete with knitted shawls for warmth, a fireplace that stays lit, books, games, and picturesque windows overlooking the river. Breathtaking!!! (House binoculars are also provided by... More

My wife and I recently stayed two nights at the Requa Inn and for the most part, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Inn is beautifully restored and the people are very accommodating and friendly. The room we had was wonderful, looking out on the Klamath River and very comfortable. The breakfasts were fantastic. Our only negative was the gourmet dinner... More
