We traded in to this vacation rental through interval international. We flew to Reno and drove up which took about an hour and a half. Our unit was 311 and looked out over chairs 10 and 11. Check in was easy. The unit is a one bedroom loft, very spacious walk in closet. Two large bathrooms, one up and one... More

Our daughter had a ski meet at Kirkwood last weekend, so we booked the bedroom + loft at the Mountain Club. (326 and 328, I think.) It had 3 queen beds and two sofa pull outs. It was a great place to stay. The place was absolutely spotless. The beds were warm and toasty. (We didn't try the pullouts, so... More

Went to Kirkwood Ski Resort and stayed at the Mountain Club. The room was good sized and clean. The decor was somewhat dated and no central heating, however the space heater did just fine. The room was very tidy and the bathroom exceptionally clean. Single lavatory and shower over tub but good fixtures and recent upgrades. Centrally located and quiet.... More

The Mountain Club is right next to 4 lifts- the Reut, the Wall, Solitude and Cornice. Mostly blue/black runs. Room 304 was spacious with vaulted ceilings and fridge/sink/microwave. Clean but you can hear groomers and avalanche at night and early morning. Room 321 is a loft suite with 2 full baths and nice kitchen. 1 queen and a sofa bed.... More

With 3 adults and one 11 year old our studio apartment was surprisingly roomie, even though it was 2 double beds (one fold out couch, one murphy). I live in a large city so the groomers outside didn't bother me. The kitchen is very well thought out as is the large bathroom. Ski in, ski out with an adequate unsupervised... More

We went here in August for a wedding nearby and I was not impressed. The lack of air conditioning and the door and window being too easy to access from the outside for me to leave them open for fresh air made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. We got a two bedroom suite, which is really a one bedroom suite... More

I knew this was a winter resort, but stayed at a resort in Heavenly in the spring and liked it very much. This place is isolated, does not have a swimming pool, and no A/C, which is fine except there is also no fan, so no way to get the air moving around the room. The two windows can open,... More

Cutting to the chase: The Mountain Club is the best located property at Kirkwood with ski in, ski out convenience, in the heart of the resort and the amenities it offers. The rooms are modern and clean and would earn 3 Stars if housekeeping was provided and the linens were better quality. The staff is friendly, but offers limited guest... More

We've stayed in the hotel style rooms before and they were comfy. This time around we took a "Premium Studio" style room and we really regret it now. You DO get a kitchen. The cost is comfortable beds. Rooms with a Kitchen have a Murphy bed (barely tolerable comfort) and a pull out sofa bed (worthless for adults). If you... More

We two visited Mid-October to see Fall Leaves, staying one night. Were it not for the VERY responsible gal (all alone) at the front desk, we'd have had a bad experience. Unit we booked turned out to be attached to another room, not really standalone. Barely heated, poorly lighted, no place to sit with the sink and mirror facing the... More
