If you search for this place on Google you can find it. but guess it`s not here on Trip Advisor, so I`ll do it, If it wasn't for every other hotel/motel had No Vacancy, needless to say we had no other choice. It sounded great at first but was disappointing the last 2 rooms up and down had no Wi-Fi... More

If your idea of the perfect place is to bring your hermetically sheltered princess to the Ritz Carlton and expect warm towels for your fingers after dinner then this isn't your place. She will whine and pout so much that you will end up suffocating her with one of the worn-out pillows and end up in even worse accommodations without... More

The decor dated back to the late '70's, there was no a/c, dust and grime on the air vents, the thermostat on the wall was broken-had no cover on it, the building itself was in need of repair. The clerk left us with doubts about our room when she concluded our transaction by stating that we had 20 minutes to... More

This might have been a nice place ages ago but the owners have let it go. Way way way too much for the rooms. My father in law stayed in a room over looking the beach $200/night, which sounds wonderful but it was terrible. Everything was old and dirty. We had one small bar of soap in the bathroom there... Crappy old out of date motel. Room was dirty, especially the carpet, No ice maker, no spa (as advertised), 1 single tiny bar of soap, no shampoo, no nightstand lamps. In fact, the only light in the room was the dim ceiling fan bulb. Ultra-crappy experience. Plus side: its right on the beach, you can park your car and not... More

I don't know why so many people are whining about this place. I've crashed in stranger, dirtier and weirder places in my life and this definitely does not fall into any of those categories. Just don't come here expecting a Hilton or Ritz for the price you're paying. The location cannot be beat, it's on a beach, you can rent... More

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. This hotel is dirty, run down and has no amenities. Rusty windows that won't close and no screens, filthy baseboards and walls, dirty shower and toilet. Overpriced. Don't stay over there. If it was not 10 PM when we checked in we would never stayed over there.

We got what we paid for. The people were nice, the room was acceptable, thought the ice machine had a lock on it. That was not ok. Parking was a problem, but got home early enough it didn't matter. Right on the lake, beautiful view, great evening walk when the weather is nice.

This was the worse place I ever stayed in my life. Sun-n-Sand Lodge is totally run down, dirty and way overpriced -- not worth it at all. They desperately need Hotel Impossible to rescue them or this place will collapse by itself. Curtains, linens and towels are close to disintegrating, at this point am sure they are just molecules. I... More

Ok, where do I begin? No kleenex, (they were plumb out of tissues!) no towels (when I asked for them, I was told that they were being washed and I had to wait. Hours later when I asked again, they brought me thin, rough, small things that they called towels), moldy shower curtain, partially falling off the hooks, one bed... More
