I meant to write this review a lot sooner. We stayed at the Carriage House Inn the last weekend in September 2012 when we were in town for a wedding. All I knew of King City were fast food restaurants and Motel 6 type lodgings so I was not looking forward to it, but as luck would have it I somehow... More

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House Inn. I can't think of a single thing that Frank and Barbara could have done better! The room was warm and inviting, and the breakfast was top notch. We'd recommend this Inn to anyone staying in King City.

My 20 year old daughter needed to be in King City for an avaition course. The owners of this B&B (Barbara and Frank) extended the utmost hospitality to my daughter. The rooms were magnificent and the Food was wonderful. They treated her like a treasured Granddaughter. I am indebited to their hospitality. You will never find Inn keepers that care... More

We found Frank and Barbara just as we imagined we would from the reviews we had read before making our reservation. They are wonderful people, and our stay with them at Carriage House Inn was a highlight of our trip north for Thanksgiving. We have never more than just stopped in King City for a meal along 101 when traveling... More

This place is fantastic. The owners are extremely warm and generous. I was on the AIDS/lifecycle ride and Barbara not only picked me up at the camp site, but she woke up early, made an outstanding breakfast and took me back to the camp site at 5:15 in the morning. Whenever I am in King City I am staying at... More

This was the nicest experience I've ever had. Barbara and Frank are lovely people and treated me like their own daughter. The house couldn't have been more charming and I consider Barbara and Frank friends for life. This place is truly a little piece of heaven in the middle of King City.

Far and away the best place to stay in King City. The hosts, Barbara and Frank, are wonderful people-- welcoming, interesting, and fun. We truly felt like welcome guests in their beautiful home. Two rooms are available; we stayed in the smaller of the two rooms (the Sperry Room) and could not have been happier. A large sitting area with... More

The husband and wife owners take you into their home and their hearts to the point that being with them is just as rewarding as the square dancing. We invited our friends from San Diego to book the other room available, and they enjoyed the stay so much then booked a third year. We booked our 4th stay as well.... More

We wanted to spent the night in Monterrey …but we couldn´t find a room, because we only wanted to book one night at the weekend. We read good critics about this place in Trip and when we arrived to the house and Barbara opened the door the first image was fantastic, a very nice house, great decoration, full of lights... More

What a great place. What great people. I was traveling through King City and found out that all the chain hotels were sub par. I luckily found this bed and breakfast in the phone book and I was so glad I did. The property is beautiful. My room was HUGE and the bathroom was amazing. I had to leave very... More
