The property is very well maintained. the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The service is way over the top. This is a home away from home. I will definatley be making this my prefered stop in Kings City. Pete Rubin US Army more

We took a trip from Portland through Vegas and up into California, staying in numerous hotels. This one is by far the best. Relatively inexpensive, it offers generous breakfast, large clean rooms, a hot tub and pool, and a wonderful feel. I hope this hotel remains how it is for our next visit through. more

I have been staying at this hotel every 3 weeks for approximately 3 +years. When I started staying here I would have rated this hotel as Okay, but some problems. I've stayed here twice on business -- for a week each time. Very pleasant. Rooms are large and clean and the beds are comfortable and the showers are hot. At 2:30 AM we stumbled off the freeway and into the nicest place so far on our trip (From Portland,OR) Super clean room, extremely friendly owners, we felt right at home. We would come out of our way to stay here again. Super coffee was a huge bonus!!! more

This hotel was pretty average. The room was pretty large and clean but the noise from the freeway was really loud and the tv didn't really work properly. Don't count on the free breakfast!
