If for some reason your travels cause you to spend a night in King City, this place is decent and the price is reasonable. We stopped here on the way in to Monterey from Los Angeles. It’s a little over an hour drive from here to Monterey. Paso Robles Wineries are about 20 minutes south from here. Very nice clean place compair to other Motel I check in and had to refund write away. We had a worm welcome @ Courtesy Inn. We got nice Grand suite with a Jacuzzi. Newly remodel room. It has a new management, Within a week they have new lobby with breakfast area. Very nice warm well coming enveroment. Rooms were very clean. Remodeling work was in progress. more
We had reservations for 3 rooms since Aug. 2005. It was Moto GP weekend in Monterey & this was the only reasonably priced room within 50 miles. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a motel in my life. Thankfully, we spent little time in the rooms. The boxsprings all looked like they had been hauled out of a dump.... more
This hotel saved us the one night we were in King City, a small agricultural town near Pinnacles National Monument.
