Dinner was wonderful but think we reached at the last call hour hence the serving is way way way too fast it makes us having a rush dinner. But the food was very good and worthy. Stayed in the Jpn traditional room. The room looks old but overall is all functional and nice. The futon bed was good with cozy... More

Stayed 3 nights in their garden-view tatami rooms with free wifi (east wing), just above and behind the front desk area. The rooms were uber clean and neat, an oasis but, its an aging hotel, hall carpet looks stained & grayish, due to age not filth. No ramp nor lift nor porter nor aide to help with the luggage up... Have stayed here 3 times during winter for few nights each stay and booked the breakfast & dinner package from the hotel website with selection of snow crabs, couple deals. They have traditional style and western rooms but I personally loved the tatami room at the new main building as the shower and toilet is separated as compared to the old... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night with the prime purpose of experiencing a traditional hot spring and public bath. Guests are provided a Japanese yukata robe and slippers which is to be worn in the hotel. We were served a full course Japanese dinner. My husband and I had a shiatsu massage which was very relaxing and hit... More

We stayed here for one night, arriving at night. It was a 10-minute bus ride from the JR Noboribetsu Station, but the bus operates infrequently (about once per hour). Once at the hot spring village, the hotel was within 10 minute walk. The hotel is one of the best hot spring hotels in the area. It is a classy building... More

HUGE hotel - yes. Noisy tour groups - yes. Holiday camp feeling at the breakfast buffet - yes. But it is all big enough to get away - we reserved dinner (English menu is a nice touch, so you know what you are eating!) in our room, enjoyed the big baths, a festival outside, and two hikes (daytime and nighttime)...
