Has a nice large restaurant featuring lots of crabs and other seafood. They have many rooms for eating and sectioned tatami seating areas as well as dining in the general eating area. WIFI only in the lobby.

The hotel is massive and service is very efficient. On the flip side of the coin service is not very personal compared to the smaller onsen hotels. Our room faced the main street/bear farm, so it was relatively an open view on the eighth floor. The room was very spacious with a sitting and a tatami area and had its... More

Hotel quite run down, its time to renovate. Hot spring not bad. Shift between male and female to ensure both sex are able to enjoy all the hot spring. Dinner is the best! Its a buffet dinner, huge varieties available. Breakfast average compare to dinner

Highly recommend the hot spring here. I stayed with my family on a cold day in early June. What a perfect weather for having hot spring here. Room was spacious with living room area. Food was great as well. Grilled scallop was one of the favourite dishes I liked.

The dinner & breakfast are marvellous since we have lots of choices including crabs, shrimp sushi, scallop, beef. And we are allowed to wear japanese clothes provided by hotel in restaurant & this makes us feel very relaxing. There are several kinds of hot springs(including indoor & outdoor) for you to choose & even slides for young kids to play.... More

The Onsen public baths are a definite draw, but the food is really what sets this place apart. Besides having regular Western style beds (instead of futons on the tatami floors), it sets itself apart from some of the other Onsen resorts here in Hokkaido. The seafood buffet is outstanding, and trying the 3 different kinds of crabs(King, Snow and... More

Stayed a night in a Japanese-style room with straw tatami mat and futon a week plus ago. It was early spring in Japan with sakura booming in Tokyo but still very cold in Hokkaido, with night temperature dropping to 0 degrees Celcius (at night) or less. Remnant of thick snow-covered ground still present. This hotel have 31 hot spring baths... More

Getting naked in a public onsen was rather frightening for me, but I loved it! There are indoor and outdoor onsens, going to the outdoor onsen in the winter is quite fun, but some may not be able to stand the brief(will hit you like a slap in your face) cold walk outside before entering the pool. The hot spring... More

There are not many choices at Noboribetsu area. I personally feel that this hotel is more suitable for those group package tourist and not for FIT traveler. This hotel with outdated decor as well as the rooms, bathroom n etc. There is no wifi in the room. Though the wifi is available at the main lobby, but you wont get... More

It was our honeymoon to Japan and we went on a free and easy trip. Noboribetsu was at the countryside and hard to find. Got there late at 9pm and missed our included buffet dinner. Staff was unempathetic and could not speak English at all. We asked for 1 hour extra check out but staff rejected flatly even after we... More
