We reserved a room at this hotel, no amount of money was required to guarantee the reservation as I read that the Japanese tend to do this by trust. This is a large Japanese hotel, probably 40+ years old, well maintained with rather large rooms. Excellent public bath, with a nice rotonboro and adequate sauna. It is located at the base of the hill on which the Inuyama Castle, an original dating from 1519 is sited, well worth seeing. The "old" quarter is probably no older than mid-Showa era... More

Nice hotel. Not luxurious but very well kept. The hot springs are wonderfull within a zen garden. It has a convenience store quite handy. I would recommed it.
