I can't help but feel like this hotel would do very well if only it improved it's level of customer service. This is the first place we've stayed in a long time where we felt that the staff were borderline rude. It doesn't take much to say hello or goodbye when walking reception, or even a thank you when settling... More

My girlfriend and I (both 25) stayed here for 1 night during our week long stay in Sihaunoukville. We only paid $13 for one night which was as cheaper than anything we could find. I spent the full day in the room ill and it wasn't a bad place to recover. The air con worked well, the TV had some... More

Our 4th visit to Snooky, probably looked at rooms in all the mid range budget places & this place takes some beating. The man on reception initially appears rude & unhelpful but we later found out he speaks very little english. The lady is lovely, gave us a $20 room for $18 after some brief haggling, moved us to a... More

The rooms were relatively clean and comfortable. However the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The location was pretty good. Close to restaurants and bars but not too noisy. You can only get wifi in the foyer which is kind of annoying. Would not stay here again.

After trying out at monkey Republic over the road and finding them full (not able to make reservations you just have to turn up and hope) we walked over the road to what looks like an expensive hotel. The guy working on the desk was very friendly and offered us a variety of rooms. We opted for the cheapest (twin)... More

Moved here from a terrible backpackers and it was a great decision. The room was huge, bedding clean, amazing hot power shower, fridge, air con. Did the job! Wifi in lobby, would be nice to have this in the room too. Great location and we only paid a few dollars more than the terrible hostel nearby. Well worth it!

When you cme to Cambodia, you must remember its a 3rd world country, trying to catch up. Be nice and respect the staff and they will do a lot for you. The room was very clean and the Air con worked perfectly. TV channels and picture quality was good. The two beds very very comfortable and sheets etc were clean... More

Sihanoukville is a pretty rough town renowned for bag snatching and robbery, so Koh Pos was a nice haven away from this. The rooms were large, clean and decent, so for $14 we couldn't complain. It's a 5 minute walk from Serendipity and literally outside the bus stop to go the port for Koh Rong.

Our room had a pipe that was leaking and one of the staff would not help us out. He would not discount the room and he was plain rude. He did not look me in the eye and he just walked away and said that there was nothing he could do. It was disgusting! The bathroom made me feel unclean... More
