Big hotel, clean-ish (we found blood in the bathroom), hotel staff nice but not as friendly as we would expect in cambodia. Having said that its position is very good but imo does not justify the 45$ a night price for a sea view room especially since breakfast was not included. A good hotel which can accommodate for hundreds but... More

Stayed 1 night in a double. Huge pool, although the pool water gets quite warm because it's uncovered. Beach towel and carry basket provided in your room, which is kitsch. And it's shower has the option of water from the side. I'm 5'6", So one set or water hits your shoulders and the other shoots water right at your crotch.... More

We booked this hotel online 8 months in advance and quickly became concerned with some of the reviews. We have stayed in Sihanoukville before and the hotel we stayed at was a little way off the beach and was full of old westerners with young Cambodian girls coming and going. To see a hotel banning this practice was a breath... More

I spent a few days in Sihanoukville. Wanted to go to the Cambodian beaches. This hotel is very nice. They have a great outdoor pool. Breakfast is not included but you can buy just next door for use 4 - and they serve plenty of coffee. There is a lot of noise from the street and also from next door... More

After spending one night at Villa Nataya up the road, and being disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and the overwhelming smell of stale cigarette, it was such a great surprise to stick our heads in the door at Serendipity Beach Resort to inspect their rooms and find such beautiful rooms! So, so clean with massive, SOFT beds, spotless bathrooms,... More

You probably will not suffer from a warm and gooey feeling about the staff and there are a few signs, but only a few. Do not cut off your nose to spite your face. If you want to stay at Serendipity Beach, this large, modern hotel can give you a clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped room with a balcony and... More

We ended up staying at this hotel for 10 nights, because the rooms are large and clean, the bathrooms really nice and well appointed, and the view over the sea was lovely - particularly in the evening. The rate we got was excellent for a hotel of this standard ($45USD per night) - although no breakfast included. It is virtually... More

Great location, close to the beach and nightlife. Room was spacious, and all facilities in working order. Had pool facing room, room 111, highly recommend. If u want sea view choose high floor. Wifi was not good, didn't work most of the time. Cafe across the road had great wifi. Overall pleasant stay. Best value in Sihanoukville.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 night before getting the boat to Lazy beach. Hotel was nice, our room was on the ground floor next to the pool which was lovely. It was huge and clean! We sunbathed at the pool in the afternoon there was plenty loungers. The location is good for bars and restaurants. I would... More

I had not checked reviews on TA before booking, but I did on my way there, so my expectations upon arrival were low. First thing that hit me was the amount of rules plastered all over the place. No drugs, no human trafficking, no weapons or explosives.. And a clear sign informing me that this was indeed not a brothel...... More
