I stayed at this hotel when visiting in October 2014. I stayed for five nights. Accommodation is basic and safe. The location is excellent only 50 m from the beach and the staff are very easy and kind. The only problem I had when I was here was that my room was not always 100% clean. As there was a... More

I have 3 nights stay with holiday hotel within trip to Sihanouk Ville, room are clean and enough size. Staff able handle all what your need, room rate reasonable and would recommend advance reservation as there is no available when weekend or public holiday. Location is walking distance from the beach with large car parking. I will stay with this... More

The website does not show that it is a building site. The so called old block is now the 5 storey new block, not nearly finished. They have a pool, it is a hole in the ground with grinders and diggers going at it from 7am. You enter from the back side as there is rubble and what not everyplace.... More

I'm not sure if you could haggle at the reception but I booked a room directly with them on-line and cost $20 per night. That's ok but I know you could get better for the same price or much better for just a few $ more. The room was huge and had wi-fi but the bathroom was a disaster. Was... More

We wanted a cheap hotel for our first night in Sihanoukville so at £10 this fitted the bill perfectly and we were actually pleasantly surprised . We were in the annex next door to the main hotel which is apparently the newer, nicer bit but however did not seem that new. It was in need of a new bathroom as... More
