Dirty rooms, air conditioning doesn't work properly, there is a awful disco so you can't sleep, I don't recommend. Definitely one of the worst guest house in this area. Toilets are very dirty as well , staff are Very rude. I Heard there are others guest house around!

This place seems like it haven't been cleaned ever. The rooms is just really dirty, with dust, food and disgusting things everywhere. The toilets is also really disgusting! There is pee and stools all over the toilet and bath. Most of the sit-down-toilets is without toiletseat. It is a really cheap place. I paid 3$ for one nicht in an... More

Ok for a night or two..you get a THIN madrass and a really smelly toilet for 2$. Some of the staff is friendly and the atmosfear is really cool inside. Many backpackers ofcourse, close to the harbour if you depart/arrive from Koh Rong. Breakfast and lighter meals avalible.

For $2 a night for a dorm bed, you can't expect luxury. It's dirty and loud and not really secure. The pool is gross and the place turns into a hooker mall after midnight. I would only recommend this place is you are on an extremely tight budget. Otherwise just look around as there are dozens of other places in... More

I came here to have a few beers at the 25 cent beer Happy Hour and pretty much never left. Utopia is a place where you can be and do whatever you want. Complete freedom in here. The accommodation is basic but affordable and the staff are some of the coolest most down to earth people I've ever met. Utopia... More

We stayed at utopia 4 nights a few nights ago, and in the beginning, everything was okay. The rooms were not the best (no curtains in the room, not even in the bathroom, the AC did not work very well, dark, dirty and smelling), but we only paid 3 dollars per night. Both me and my travel mate began to... More

As most reviews have already described: this place is awful. When I checked in I was told that they were late getting the sheets in the laundry and that they wouldn't be ready until "a little later." Midnight roles around and no sheets. I hunt down a staff member two times and the third time they finally tell me there... More

We called in as the March - April 2015 'Sihanoukville Advertiser' said that they had an exceptional happy hour and as we got our bearings we saw that their sandwich board advertised the 'best fish and chips' for $3.50. We should have known, at the bar, oh 'that offer is now over' and when the fish and chips came the... More

Disgusting room with bed bugs!!!! Mattresses are sticky and the room is basically open as no curtains or windows so everyone can see in. Toilet didn't even have a lid and no toilet paper was given. For $3 more dollars we could stay in the led zephir bar just opposite and along which is so nice!!

stayed here for one night, a few days ago. kinda wished we'd looked at trip advisor beforehand but alas, we didn't. i’m literally covered in bed bug bites. had to get all clothes and sheets washed afterwards, so probably ended up paying more than 3 dollars for this itchy, sweaty nights sleep. the toilet in our room was blocked and...
