Have seen a lot of hotels in the world. This one is the worst. Let me tell you why: - Front desk speaks no English, not helpful (when I arrived I just had to scream hello for someone to show up) and overal I had the feeling there was no personnel in the hotel.  - Security is very bad. Hotel... More

Went to check out the rooms for a monthly stay and viewed rooms and agreed on one and price. Returned the next day, paid deposit in cash and was given the keys to a different room that was not as agreed. I figure they assumed I would opt for the other room since I had all my luggage and had... More

We booked into Harbor Lights on Agoda, when we arrived it seemed that the guy at reception didn't know anything about us. We booked and paid for a room with breakfast included but when we asked the guy at reception he said the kitchen was closed due to the public holiday! We asked to speak to the manager who was... I was planning to stay at the Harbor lights palace for one week or so as usual but I left after 2 days as I was unhappy with my room. It was decrepit, the terrace table was dirty the cushions are rotting the windows were dirty, the curtains are falling apart and each time you get close to them you... More

The Tuk tuk couldn't get up the hill so I was left waking up with luggage in hand, that was the start of the trouble.....On checking in i found my booking " through Agoda" had not been put in the book, this wasn't a problem as I think I was the only one at the hotel but I had payed... More

If you want to stay in the middle of a building site that start banging hammers at 6.30am then this is the place for you! The pool and restaurant is great as is the manager of this, but the big manager of hotel does not care about guests or surrounding hotels! They wake you up at 6.30 work for a... More

I always like to stay at Victory hill. Yes the nice beach is a steep walk down and for the same reason not crowded or noisy. Harbor Lights with a good view on top of the hill is comfortably breezy and quiet - even though the nightlife-area with many open bars and restaurants of every origin are only a couple... More

Place is great! We are staying in off season (3 or 4 nights) so the room might be a little more in high season but it is a great price for the size of room, cleanliness and pool amenity. Not only that but the view is excellent, the patio is huge and the place is quite. Staff is nice and... More

We only booked one night at the Harbour Lights Palace Boutique hotel because we needed to be around to catch an early boat to Koh Rong Samloem the following morning and we were glad that we weren’t staying longer. We had done a little research before choosing the hotel but it wasn’t what we expected. In terms of location it’s... More
