We only booked one night at the Harbour Lights Palace Boutique hotel because we needed to be around to catch an early boat to Koh Rong Samloem the following morning and we were glad that we weren’t staying longer. We had done a little research before choosing the hotel but it wasn’t what we expected. In terms of location it’s... More

Big rooms with great view of the sea and the harbour. Everything is up to western standards including electricity aircon shower etc...the rooms also have a nice big balcony to chillout and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Big pool 18mX8meters and more than 2m deep. cleaned every day.and a good restaurant. Private parking for cars and motobikes. In a quiet neighbourhood.... More

I stayed at the Harbor Lights for only two nights. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming. My room was quiet and spacious with a very large bathroom and balcony as well. The rooms appeared clean and the included breakfast was good in terms of both quality and portion size. The location is somewhat remote, if you're... More

We got a taxi to this hotel after a long trip from Siem reap ...and the hotel staff directed the driver by phone easy as. The hotel is in victory hill, which is a bit away 'from it all' BUT a well run place, with a decent breaky eggs bacon, toast and jam, coffee thrown in. We booked via agoda... More

Love,y hotel with very friendly staff - great rooms with lovely balcony - linen change every day - nothing too much trouble - good size pool and nice breakfast . Maybe not in the best location in SIhanoukville but the room rate reflects that fact - 10 mins by Tuk Tuk and you can be anywhere . Whatever the shortfalls... More

Recently upgrade of the room, Tepisey the new manager do all possible to create a such romantic ambiance. The bath are new and fresh flowers give a permanent nice feeling in the room. The restaurant was closed for renovation, so we had breakfast in the place nearby. The pool is clean and giant. The sunset view is magic.

We were there 2 weeks ago and had a pretty bad experience overall and finally stay one night only over the 5 we previously booked. Unfriendly French manager not even saying hi to new arriving guests but staring at them without helping when rooms presented issues that were raised politely to staff. Did not even bother to ask why we... More

I stayed one night, on friends recommendation and I have been very desapointed. To be fair, the building itself is nice, large and well situated with a view on the see and a big swimming pool. The surroundings are quiet and the room was spatious. But one notices at first glance the lack of care, the stains on the bedroom... More

We stayed 4 nights in august 2011 in this lovely hotel on Victory hill, just a view minutes walking from Victory beach. We travelled with our children (14 and 16 years old) and stayed in the spacious familyroom. It was larger than we expected, with two fully equipped bathrooms, a nice balcony with a view on the sea, a small... More

First impressions were bad from the creepy, unshaven guy at the front desk. We were offered no info at all about when breakfast was, how to get to the pool, the WiFi code, bar opening hours etc etc. Nothing. Room was a good size was but tired-looking. No bin in the room which is just bizarre in this day and... More
