This hotel is within walking distance of a number of local needs; beach, restaurants and shops. The facility is pleasant with a nice pool and good breakfast. Their restaurant is almost always empty except for the free breakfast, which speaks to their prices. The overall condition is OK, but a little tired.

We could not have wished for a better place to stay, having researched several hotels in Sihanoukville we were so pleased that we chose the Beach Club Resort. We had a poolside double room which opened on to a peaceful area where we could sit in the shade and enjoy a drink or a snack, have a good read and... More

This hotel was well run and friendly. The pool area and reception/entrace/bar areas are really nice. The room was very well priced and the breakfast was good, although there was no variety each day. i rented a motorbike from reception which was fairly priced at $5 per day. It is a few minutes pleasant walk down to the beach area,... More

Myself and two friends stayed in the large Family room. The room was massive,.Had 3 great large beds. The pool area is great. The breakfast was fairly good. A bit more choice and some OJ would have been nice. The Bar area and pool table we very nice. Had a bit of fun there starting our nights off before we... More

I agree completely with the review "3 day break" provided by thekidz2000. The hotel is past it's prime, but priced fairly. The pool is clean and well maintained. Very nice on hot Sihanoukville afternoons. Breakfast buffet was good; not a lot of variety and the same each day, but good quality. The bathrooms have a shower curtain to separate from... More

Without Luna Aargren, the former manager, quality has dropped considerably starting with hospitality, knowledgeable staff. Things to be mended are only looked after upon insisting. Pool however is still nice as is the choice on the breakfast buffet, but all in all, money these days pays you better guesthouses/hotels in Sihanoukville.

We stopped here after seeing good reviews. Who made them I can only surmise. The place was basic looking with old cracked furniture, mould in the bathroom and the towels had holes in. It s hard to know which was louder - the noise from the courtyard or the noisy air conditioning. The breakfast was abysmal - one of the... More

The hotel was pretty good to be fair. The bar does great cocktails and in happy hours from 4-7 they are extremely good value. The room we stayed in was a family room. It was very big and the beds were fine but a little in need of update is all. But for the price is was very reasonable and... More

Nice pool, rooms were great. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Good location as it is quiet but still within walking distance of the beach bars. Good restaurant. Would recommend here as we stayed twice.
