Don't pull into the registration area with a moving truck or trailer. Can not drive through. Parking for trucks and trailer is in a remote area with poor lighting and no surveillance. The breakfast offerings are good, especially the home cooked eggs and sausages.

We stopped here to take a break from our driving from San Francisco to San Diego. it was a good, clean and fairly new hotel. The continental breakfast was good and convenient. During the night we heard a small beeping sound coming from the hallway. After mentioning it to the front desk upon check out, they gladly gave us a... More

This was the first time we stayed in the suites. Extremely plush and an overall amazing experience. Our child loved watching TV in the living room area. The kitchen space was wonderful. The guest room was comparable to 4 star resorts where we normally vacation.

My major requirement for this was that it was at a convenient time of the evening for me to stop. I always check Garmin for hotels in the area and select the one with the best outside appearance. Sometimes it's the only hotel in the area. In the past I have found that you can reply on Best Westerns.

My wife and I have stopped here twice now going to San Fransisco. Perfect half way stop and very nice hotel. People have always told me to stay at Best Western and they are right. Front desk clerk is friendly and speedy, got us checked in and to room.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. My one night experience was not great. Check-in person did not provide me with wifi password, when I realized once in the room I called the front desk (5-6 times). Finally got the password and wifi was ok. Breakfast was the standard "hot" food ... there was no fruit available. Drinking water tasted a... More

I was automatically reserved at this property the day after I made the reservation rather than the date two weeks later as I intended. Best Western's reservation form assumes a reservation start date one day after the reservation is made. Most other companies ask you to actually enter the reservation dates rather than assume you want to start your stay... More

This hotel is clean and the accommodations far exceeded our expectations. Staff are helpful, rooms are absolutely immaculate. This is our new Go To hotel for road trips from SF to LA. The quality of service and amenities are exceptional. It's the exact halfway point between SF and LA/Orange County. Plenty of parking. Restaurants and gas stations are plentiful, and... More

We are very happy that this Best Western is dog friendly. We were able to walk our dog in the nearby open space, though empty of vegetation, allowing us to exercise her a little. There is also a dog park near by, so check it out.

Our car broke down on I5 and we had to stay at a hotel overnight while it got fixed. We had two options The Value Inn or Best Western. They gave us a great price for the suite $110 (3 kids, my husband and myself). We had plenty of room with 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, 2 TVs, fridge,... More
