Wasn't what we were expecting this place is just old and tired. The WiFi and cable are fine and the view is nice but at $45 it is over priced. We pasted Konocti Vista Casino but didn't realize they had an RV park or we would have stopped there.

We just recently purchased our first RV and have been staying at full hook up facilities until we feel comfortable with our rig. So far, as expected, the places have been pretty much a parking spot with a picnic table and a tree. The Edgewater, however, is right on Clear Lake (sad that it is so low right now...) and... More

My family stayed in one of the cabins at this resort. It was exactly what we needed to relax after a hectic summer of school and work for our family. The cabin had everything we needed and comfortable beds. It had been recently redecorated, so everything felt clean and new. While we stayed in a cabin, there are also spots... More

We have stayed for 2 weeks in August for the last 8 years. Some times we hit the Algae bloom which happens twice a year. But the last 2 years the water has never been so clean!!! We use site 57 with our RV. We have a beautiful lake view. The park 8 a full 9 hundred year old oaks... More

This place is a dump, rude racist (refered to guest as 'colored') managment, ants and bees everywhere, outdated 80's themed cabins, advertise falsly for free wifi, has free snowy cable, resort is not overall cleaned, dirty store with expired food, pool improperly maintaned (reeks of clohrine, ducks swim,r poop, mate in it also).. to top it all off they are... This place might be OK for the self-contained RV set and a good launch point for boaters, but car campers should pass. It's not worth $44 a night for the small, trash laden tent sites they offer. No privacy as you'll be between RVs most likely. They charge 100% of your stay up-front and have a stingy cancellation policy. When... More

We have stayed at a lot of different RV parks. And each one had it's own personality and quirks. However, this park has been our worst experience yet. It is extremely run down. Everything is old and broken. The owners need to focus on fixing this place up. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean - but the facilities are just old... More

Great location. The people that run it are very nice. We camped in tents, so we had to use the public facilities. The cleanest bathroom and showers I have ever seen at a camp site. Small sites, but had all the accommodations one could need. Great place for kids and dogs. Seemed like everyone there had a dog with them.... More

Pictures of the camp sites are not reality. There are only two with lake views and large spaces, the rest are on dry weeds and dirt, small, and very close together. We are only 30 feet and could not get level or extend our awning. Sat between a utility shed and a pop-up trailer with less than 4 feet on... More

This was our first RV vacation. I was looking for something for Memorial Day weekend that wasn't too far from home where I could teach my son to fish and take our 3 small dogs with us. It was my first time renting an RV and I was a little nervous about manuevering and hooking up the rig once parked.... More
