This lodge is old and outdated. The carpet in our room had huge dark stains, just disgusting. The hair dryer did not work.the front desk clerk was annoyed when we arrived before 4:00 pm check in.Spa was not hot. The beds were hard and so uncomfortable we didn't get much sleep. This lodge was rated 2 stars that was a generous . Overpriced... More

This place is a dump. We had a couple of rooms, one overlooking the lake and another in the "mountain view" building. The carpets were old and dirty, I avoided walking without shoes, the linoleum in the bathroom is falling apart and there is mold in all the crevices. It was so dusty that we could not stop sneezing at... More

The room was big but quite outdated. No wifi, no breakfast, no frills. But the view was spectacular! It was a pity we could not fully enjoy it at nights as our neighbour was smoking on his balcony and i hate the smell. Overpriced considering the overall status of the refurbishment.

We stayed here for one night on our tour of several national parks. Our room was very dated and 'basic' - the decor and carpet were in need of refurbishment. On our 21 day tour it was the only motel that did not provide toiletories other than a bar of soap. It was also expensive and overpriced compared with other... More

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it here. Had a nice room overlooking the lake that was clean and serviced daily. Its not a 5 star hotel but it doesn't pretend to be. The staff are friendly, the pool and spa fine and it is in an ideal location as a base to explore this wonderful area. Downside... More

I have stayed here quite a few times and I don't go because of the lodge, I go for the fishing and the views. The lodge staff are usually very friendly and helpful. They take care of your rooms everyday and do a pretty good job. There is a pool, sauna, spa, and pool table. Getting a decent room though... More

I want to start by saying the staff was very friendly. But the place is nothing like their website portrays. All the photo's on the website make the place look like there is a fantastic view and the rooms are cabin like in décor, with a nice pool & spa. The room we were shown was not only dated, but... We had one of the rooms that face the lake, 1st floor and what a beautiful view. Next time I will ask for the 2nd floor though cuz I could really hear the people above us walking around in the morning and at night. The bathroom was kinda funky, really really small. The heater worked great and it was very... More

The Boulder Lodge is the only place to stay! Our rooms were well kept and cleaned everyday. All of the staff and receptionists were very courteous and very friendly. I always had the feeling everyone was interested how our stay was going. Very friendly and helpful. The view and fishing is great and is perfect to go to other lakes... More

The two best things about this location are the hospitable staff and the gorgeous view. Staff was friendly, helpful, and promptly accommodating of all requests. The bathrooms are tired. My room was clean and very warm: turning off the heat and opening the windows fixed the problem. No wi-fi was a disappointment. And the TV reception was mediocre. If you... More
