This was our first time staying at the Double Eagle and it was a little slice of Heaven. It is in a great location. It is quiet and serene. You have a beautiful view of all of the snow capped mountains and trees. The air was crisp and clean when you walk around. The room was really rustic, but modern.... More

Arrived Friday, January 15 to our favorite snow covered Double Eagle Resort. Double Eagle has been our go to place when we want to come up to the Eastern Sierra for snow fun with my grandbabies. As usual, the resort was gorgeous, the room was very clean and care was taken by the staff that each visitor would enjoy their... More

Beautiful resort in June lake Ca! I can't say enough about the Double Eagle. We stayed in a resort room which was nicely furnished and had a jacuzzi tub. The staff was very accommodating and brought us several things right to the room for us. The creek side spa is truly first class. We used the spa facilities every day.... More

Hubby bought a day gym & spa pass for $20. Only average machines but if you swim too, it will be a good value since they have a good size pool. They offer sauna and massages that charge reasonably but did not have time to try both. Overall is reasonable with great service.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner to enjoy their special wednesday menu. For an appetizer we got the Southwestern egg rolls. They were crispy and love the sauce for them. For the entree we ordered the chicken and tri-tip combo with a baked potato and green beans and added a caesar salad. We also both enjoyed a pint... More

We were lucky to have a cabin right behind the reception building, but overlooking a small stream and the woods. The cabin was equipped with a double bed, huge bunkbeds, a fireplace and your own stash of wood logs off the porch. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good. We ate both a late lunch and dinner there.... More

A real little gem, a short drive off the 395, on a scenic loop around June lakes. A last minute room booking, we were grateful to be upgraded to a cabin, which are dotted about the grounds, with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. A cabin would easily host a family or 2 couples, it was fully equipped; complete kitchen,... More

My Husband and I got married in the Lodge on Oct. 18th. at 6:00 pm. Darla, our wedding planner, and Emily, at the front desk were awesome. It was so beautiful, just a small ceremony in front of the fire. It could not have been any better.

First - the critical......We booked the room through a fall promotional deal. The deal had a price for "double occupancy". It did not say "per person, based on double occupancy." My wife called the resort many times and no one answered the phone. Finally, she got the front desk to inquire if the price was for both of us, or... More
