We stayed 2 nights at Eaglenest and didn't want to leave! We can't wait to come back! The hosts were so gracious and accommodating - we always felt welcome and very comfortable. From the cozy room, beautiful fireplace, mouth-watering breakfasts, and cuddly golden retrievers, we had such a fun and relaxing getaway. We felt at home from the minute Jim... More

This is our third time here. Only come here if u want to be treated like a queen and king. The dogs are awesome. They are a block from town so you can walk everywhere. The breakfast was fabulous. In the summer time you pretty much have the pool to yourself. The dogs are an awesome touch.

My husband and I took my mother for a night's stay at Eaglenest B & B in Julian, CA for Mom's 97th (!!!) birthday. And what a treat that was for all of us. We were greeted warmly by Julie, our hostess. She showed us our rooms (which were delightful, by the way) and then gave us a tour. When... More

For a romantic weekend it doesn't get any better than the Eagle's Nest B & B! Julie and Jim were gracious, friendly, welcoming, kind, hosts/owners. Excellent food, and plenty of it! I highly recommend them and their gorgeous B&B to anyone wanting a cozy weekend or longer!

Great service, excellent hospitality and a perfect location. The breakfast and snacks were wonderful as well as the helpful recommendations by our hosts. We'll be back again, soon I hope. Very comfortable and clean rooms.

We drove from Coronado to Julian to stay at this wonderful B & B. My wife and I were on an 18 day road trip around southern California and having stayed at Inn type B & B's on a trip to Napa and Sonoma some years ago decided to try it again once on this trip. I wish we had... More

The best experience I've ever encountered. If Julian, CA is your travel destination look no further, The Eaglenest is literally a home away from home. Jim & Julie welcome you into their home and virtually make it your own for your entire stay. The house in itself is so beautiful, warm, full of life and energy. Each room within the... More

My wife and I stayed with Julie and Jim Degenfelder in the Spring Room. What a great place to let down, enjoy the hot tub, the apple pie on arrival and the spectacular room with a large living room and fireplace in the bedroom. This is an ideal B&B for couples, a romantic retreat from the world of care. Julie... More
