We spent two nights at this lovely hotel. I expected musicians and GP's fans galore, but instead, we were surrounded by backpackers headed out to JT National Monument and older travelers, everybody was very friendly and kind. On our first night, we stayed in Room 8 (Gram Parsons' room) and it has a king sized bed and great toiletries, nice... More

What a great place, highly recommended, quirky, very peaceful, full of history (Gram Parsons Memorial). Well located in town short drive away. Place is well kept, clean, staff is very helpful and nice. They have a firepit to use, awesome looking pool, each room has its own back lil patio and front chairs to hang out and look at the... My son and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite - with full kitchen and eating area - this is a great location for a visit to Joshua Tree. Rooms were clean and spacious - not the most up to date kitchen but when you are hiking for 10 hours a day who really cares? We would certainly stay here... More

Spent the first night of our California road trip here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The rooms are small but comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We loved the quiet, private courtyard. The place is just full of history and quirky art. While we were downloading Gram Parsons and Emmy-Lou Harris to our IPhones (to capture the moment), the... Road tripping with my best friend, we booked a night at the Joshua Tree Inn the night before on Hotel Tonight... When we arrived we were greeting by the most welcoming, friendly, informative Michael. He gave us a tour of the grounds, guided us to our room, and told us everything we needed to know about the area. The room... More

Charming little place with a lot of character! Short walk to main shops and restaurants. Lovely courtyard with interesting shrines and art everywhere you look at. Very friendly and relaxed staff. Very reasonable prices. Only reason why we don't give it 5 stars is because of the noisy refrigerator 2 feet away from the bed.

Loved many things about this experience, the vibe of the place is really chilled. The rooms are nice, quirky and the whole place has a boho chic about it! The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. Close by as some quality choices for food, music and drinks - just ask the staff. You can walk so this... More

My husband and I stayed here over new years. The local temperatures were below average bordering on freezing - and the heaters in the room worked great to keep us warm. we were in room #2 which also has a private outdoor jacuzzi, such a great surprise! the room and grounds were impeccably clean and well kept. Staff was very... More

My wife and I have stayed a few times at the Joshua Tree Inn both on the main property and at the off site rentals. It is not a chain hotel, nor should it be. It is as unique, off beat and beautiful as Joshua Tree itself. The staff has always been great to us. Each room is unique, and... More

I have passed the Joshua Tree Inn several times over the years, but never stayed there. Well I put that right this year. Don't go there expecting the chain hotel experience. What you get here is a slice of 50's Americana with a twist. The rooms are small, but very comfortable with a rustic feel and the grounds and pool... More
