For the record , the person complaining about the pool being closed needs to lighten up. No hotel would call its guests to report the pool was closed. Why didn't you call before you left to make sure it was open. It's probably a good thing for the staff here that you won't be returning. You sound like a real... More

It is what it is and should not be anything else~We loved the vibe and surroundings, Graham is near by... It was nice, quiet, tranquil and made the trip for us. The owner accommodated a change we had to make and we really appreciate the kind gesture. We did abide the rec to go the Joshua Tree Saloon by Marciue... More

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Joshua Tree Inn. I would like to thank all of you who maintain the Inn and allow Gram fans throughout the world to make pilgrimages there to pay our respects. Thank you especially for giving the “Safe At Home” marker a permanent dwelling place and adding the benches and the guitar to... More

Stayed one night on the way through to Flagstaff / Grand Canyon / Santa Fe. Beautiful little motel, low key, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, and and afternoon by the (strangely cold) pool was a nice break from driving. The surrounding area was gorgeous, we had a great breakfast at the Crossroads Cafe & Tavern, great place too. Thanks Joshua... More

At home early after a totally ruined vacation. I stayed at the Joshua Tree Inn two months ago in the "Donovan Suite". My friend and I thought it was great and wanted to return in the spring when the desert heat would warm that large pool. Made reservations for the Donavan Suite a month ago. Made the trip from Los... We are very sorry for your inconvience. The pool was closed by the pool deck workers without asking the permission of management. We were as surprised as you were that it was closed! The workers responsible have been reprimanded. We are sorry that you did take take up our offer to stay the night and use our other pool located... More

After a long day of hiking in Joshua Tree National Park, we were happy to check in to the Joshua Tree Inn and take a load off. We stayed in the Emmylou Harris room. It has recently been updated, with fresh paint and new furniture. The new bed was fantastic, and we slept like babies. The courtyard is dreamy at... More

My husband picked this place, being a fan of history. Like others who've posted here have said, the Joshua Tree Inn is a little more expensive than your normal chain hotel. Most places we stay at are just a place to sleep, but this has a fire pit area, pool, sculptures, and a very nice vibe. It would have been... More

The Joshua Tree Inn was a real highlight of our vacation. Gorgeous courtyard and pool. Excellent service, even when checking in after hours. The rooms were very unique, the shower was great. Each room had a private sitting area out back. Really fun!

Been there a couple times over the years. Comfortable bed. Great view from the pleasant courtyard. Pleasant staff. And a very unique spot. But, the bathrooms are still tiny, the walls are still cinderblock, the 'private outdoor patio' is barely that and the rooms are still dim. A decent night of sleep, in a decent place, for a vary fair... More
