We really liked our stay at Spin and Margie. The room was very clean and spacious, the surrounding with a very cute personal touch made us feel at home. The kids loved it as well. The park entrance is very close making it very easy to organise our days. This is definitely the most charming and special place in the... More

I love this place! So warm and sweet, and beautifully done with lots of character and charm. The proprietor, Mindy, could not be more helpful and lovely to deal with. I love the setting away from town, yet everything is easily accessed - amenities and the amazing Joshua Tree park. We will always come back for a peaceful getaway!

This is my third attempt at trying to review this place.... It seems there is an issue with the process. Any how because I have written and posted this 3 times now I will be right to the point. We paid almost 200.00 per night for a B grade room. We were left with NO toilet paper coffee and tissue... More

Fun landscaping with whimsical art, homey patios and high-quality accoutrements. Well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Mindy is very helpful and great to talk to. Very close to Joshua Tree park and "downtown" healthy restaurant & store.

I've been coming here for three years. Every time...every time, I'm impressed by the attention to detail and the laid-back beauty of the experience. If you're looking for a Five-Star hotel, this isn't it. Having had experience with those sorts of places, I'd pick this first and every time, though. Highly recommended!

Wow! Your head will "spin" at the gorgeous colors in the room and Spins photography is stunning. Margie has thought of everything that you will need for a very comfortable stay. We watched the full moon all night in room #5. Both room # 4 & #5 were quiet, private and very welcoming. This is simply a great place to... More

We loved staying here. The whole property is full of all sorts of whimsical, artistic touches, and the suite we stayed in (#4) had more of the same: great tile work, one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture, art work, etc. Very comfy and peaceful. Really appreciated the sitting area in the bedroom/living room and the well-stocked kitchen. Easy drive to town and... More

We always favor local business if we can on road trp, and Spin & Margie's was one of the best run that we have encountered. It features a 4-unit compound within an enclosed pretty desert patio and a 5th alongside. We rented the largest (#1) 2BR/1BA, spacious living room/dining room, private yard plus a very fully equipped and spotless kitchen.... More

This place is charming! We had Mohave Wanderer (Suite #2) and found it had all the comforts of home. Very well organized with everything we could possibly need for our weekend getaway. The patio area and desert garden is a lovely place to explore and enjoy. Nice, private location, but close to Joshua Tree National Park and the town of... More

Everything about Spin and Margie's was top notch right down to the DVDs and CDs they provided in the room. It was so nice to have a great kitchen and grill outside for making our own food. Couldn't recommend this place more!!!!
