“"lost" reservations”

This campground has managed to "lose" all record of camping reservations made a year in advance for our group twice now. They will not admit their problem, and when confronted with faxed proof, they then will not return phone calls!

My family has been camping at Casini Ranch since 1987 and it has PROGRESSIVELY gone downhill each year. With what they charge, one would think the bathrooms would be remodeled and made larger because of the amount of people vs shower stalls (2) let alone the (4) toilets (one is usually out of order).
