The farmhouse with pool, overlooking an untouched wooded valley, is set in the gentle Umbrian hills. The 17th century farm buildings have been faithfully restored in the typical local style, retaining many original features and all of its authenticity and rustic charm. It’s divided into four self-catering apartments and three separate double rooms. All apartments have an outside seating area. The perfect place to come and explore the tranquil Umbrian countryside. We are ideally situated for walking or mountain biking, great way of exploring the hilltops, valleys and woods. Breakfast with home-made bread and conserves, delicious meals cooked with local ingredients, including our own produce, could be provided by the owners. The large swimming pool, 6x17 m² with spectacular panoramic views, is complete with garden loungers. We offer also mountain bikes-archery - lawn bowling and a games room equipped with a table tennis table. Our farm is a ten-minute drive away from Borgo Poggiolo and has 13 ha. of pasture, woods and olive trees, a little herd of cows, a horse and some donkeys.
