The Royal Carriage Inn is an old Gold Rush era hotel upgraded to modern standards - EXCEPT for one thing - I had no hot water in my room! This is an old hotel so I expected that... Good of the price all in all. The hotel had a smell (not good/not bad). The bed lines were clean however the wash cloth & some towels were stained.
