My two night stay was highlighted by the inability of the staff to provide hot water in my room's shower. Apparently, the employees feel that water faucets normally require at least twenty full turns to dispense any water at all. Also, local procedure dictate that the hot water MUST be turned on first in order for things to function properly.... more
