Our room was very small and had one full sized bed. There was no refrigerator in the room. Our air conditioning did not work and our room was hot and stuffy. I'd not pay to stay here, again. Room was smallish, HVAC didn't work when I arrived, decor is dated, fitness center was small and one of the two elliptical machines was broken. Plus, they charge to park. I got a $42 rate through Priceline, and that's about what it was worth. Not 3.5 stars--2.5 or 3 stars at best. more

The Crowne Plaza was very nice for the amount we paid. The rooms were well-kept, the service memorable, and the location adequate. The biggest downside was the $12 per night parking fee they charge. I feel that parking should always be part of staying at the hotel. more

This is a big-box hotel close to the airport, in a classic SoCal commercial sprawl (very pleasant sprawl, tho', lots of green lawns, etc).
